Wind of Change

I woke up this morning with a song “Wind of Change” by Scorpions in my head. What is a wind of change, really?

I picture it as a path to new opportunities. Many times I flew with that wind. To different countries, cities, jobs, activities, and where my heart and intuition led me.⠀

Why did I wake up thinking about it today? Because I feel strong yet the very graceful winds of change for women in technological professions. There were times when ‘heart-led business’ was a completely unknown term. When both men and women worked long days and nights sacrificing health, time for self-development and family. Those times brought great innovations but at the same time disrespect for women, great disbalance in power and world order, scary increase of depression and a sense of emptiness in the society. Nowadays in many countries, women have opportunities to develop, innovate, and lead in various industries. However, nearly all of them are still soaked in masculine energy – in some countries more and in other less – but still. That is not optimal for anyone.⠀

Sister, if you are working in such industry, don´t lose yourself. You are a magical creature from the day you were born. Trust me, you are enough. You can be exactly who you feel you are. You have the power to keep your divine feminine energy high. You can transform yourself exactly as you want, and to become as feminine or masculine as you want.

Don´t change to please others.

Look for a job where you can become your best self. If your personality, skills, values, and family situation does not match with your current job, how does it make you feel every day? Life is too short to sell yourself to businesses that do not contribute to your growth and development.⠀

Search for your way. Listen to the winds of change in your heart.

You are worthy to be yourself!
