Beautiful you life coaching academy review

In 2019, while on maternity leave, I have completed a life coaching education at Beautiful You Coaching Academy in Australia. I am a certified life coach who supports women across the globe who study and work in technological and traditionally male-dominated fields. Who want to own and live high levels of confidence and self-awareness, create more balance in their personal and professional life, nourish themselves more and gain clarity about a work path that is enjoyable and aligned their unique vision of joyful life.

Ever since the graduation I have been asked by people all around the world where I studied Life Coaching and if I could recommend the course.

I want to share my honest review of the training I had, so that you who consider becoming a heart-centered life coach can decide whether this is a suitable choice for you.

My review of the Beautiful You Life Coaching Course

To begin with basic information, the course is 6 months long and I personally have spent around 3 to 6 hours a week learning. The course is fully online and there are two different times for calls so that people from different time zones can join. All calls are being recorded for watching on demand and you have a lot of valuable and laser-focused materials to work on between the calls. When I studied, the calls were audio only, but now they are with video on – which I think is great.

Talking about the price, you can pay upfront or choose a payment plan. I think the price was so well worth it given that you not only gain coaching skills but even business, communication and marketing skills.

I particularly liked that the Beautiful You Coaching Academy was all about collaboration and not competition. The community has exceeded all my expectations – both trainers and students were so supportive and dedicated. I have never experienced such strong sense of community before, although I have studied in a couple of different universities so far.

Another important aspect is that the course is really focused on serving others through your unique gifts, and building a heart-centered, soul-driven, responsible business along the way. No surprise that many participants had paying clients before or just after graduating.

One of the things I enjoyed the most was having course-mates from all over the world! Many participants were working full-time or having busy family life but everyone I have come in contact with seemed to be able to manage the workload well. And although studies are held online, there are two Inspiration Days (each time in different city of the world) where you meet your trainers as well as other coaches.

One of the most helpful things about studying at Beautiful You was having a coaching buddy. Once you enroll to the course, you can if you want be allocated a coaching buddy to learn and practice all new skills together. It is not mandatory to have a buddy or work with pro-bono clients, but I highly recommend doing it while studying so you can get support from the trainers with all questions that may arise when beginning to coach!

The Academy supports and promotes their coaches even after graduation through the Academy’s website and socials. If you become a certified, you can get your profile on the Academy’s website, be part of a private Facebook group and meet with other Certified coaches monthly. You can also apply to become an affiliate partner.

Last but not least, these studies really stretch you to step into full potential. I felt so empowered to be be the best coach I could be! This feeling and dedication lasts for years to come.

By the way – do you know how I decided to start coaching women?

Through my twenties, I have meet women who were not in their zone of genius. Feeling stuck, low-energy, pressured by one idea of success that Matrix has them locked into. Like having a certain job title or looking gorgeous after working all night (like Meghan Markle in Suits). You name it. On the other hand, I was also lucky to meet women whose unique magic could be sensed from miles away. Who became my mentors and helped me to discover my true potentials, develop a strong mindset, and become grounded in my authenticity. I learned to choose workplace and environment consciously and have since then been working in ones that feel great to me. Seeing all the activities of #womensupportingwomen in 2018, it inspired me to share more with other women and to become a certified life coach. I felt that it is time for me to support women in building harmonious careers. Instead of riding a highway to burnout due to constant stress, hustle, imposed beliefs, and unsatisfying personal life.

We often dream about a certain career and lifestyle but give it up without even taking the first step out of the comfort zone, while the worst thing that can happen is often already happening if we are not moving towards our

true and beautiful vision of life.

So I started my business…

Because I saw that each woman who has a work that fits her desired lifestyle, and enables expression of her authentic gifts and values, lights up the world around us. I care for the world we live in, and I work on it both through my personal choices and by supporting women to take actions that will unlock doors to their joyful life. I started coaching to fill my life with even more joy from doing what lights me up and what I have skills to do.
